BANDAR BAHARU, Nov 17 — Urine tests not only detect drugs taken conventionally but also via electronic cigarettes (vapes), warned Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

PASIR MAS, June 13 — The 8th Battalion of the General Operations Force (GOF8) foiled an attempt to smuggle 21,600 bottles of vape liquid, worth RM1.18 million, using a courier service lorry at Pos Simpangan in Tumpat, near here on Saturday.

PUTRAJAYA, Dec 8 — Excise duty for electronic cigarette devices, non-electronic cigarette devices as well as electronic cigarettes and vape gel or juices, including non-nicotine types, will be imposed during importation, with exceptions given to local manufacturers, said Royal Malaysian Customs Department director-general Datuk Seri Abdul Latif Abdul Kadir.
